How long does the switch take?

Most VoIP migrations are completed within 5–10 working days, including number porting. We handle every step and you’ll have a dedicated project manager throughout. Your existing service stays live until the new system is fully tested.

Will I lose my existing phone numbers?

No. We port all your existing numbers across to the new system. Your customers and contacts won’t notice any change. Except that you’ll be easier to reach.

I'm locked into a contract. Can I still switch?

Book the review anyway. We’ll tell you exactly when your contract ends, what early exit costs look like, and whether the savings justify an early switch. Many clients find they’re paying more in wasted spend than the exit fee.
